الوصف الوظيفي Designs appropriate administration-wide performance and quality training to improve capacity building at all levels. Leads the integration of quality assurance, operational safety, occupational health and safety, environment and the emergency response systems effectively and methodically into the daily processes. Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement monitoring and reporting system. Collaborates on the design of the information technology infrastructure required to support an administration-wide performance and quality improvement system. Leads in ensuring all data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on the data. Regularly reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts. Leads the analysis on operational and occupational health and safety incident and hazard trends. Oversees audit programs and communicates the full scope, timeframes and objectives of all audit activities. Develops, implements and ensures completion of all audit schedules. Oversees the development of management objectives to reverse undesirable safety trends. Oversees routine inspections and investigations on incidents, OVR or complaints concerning departmental services to ensure that the hospital conforms to applicable regulations. Develops an annual quality control management operating plan and monitor outcomes being delivered at the Health Network level. Leads feasibility and development quality control management internal and external communications to promote and ensure quality services. Leads cluster wide business services initiatives to improve feasibility and development quality control management accreditation at Facility level. Oversees the implementation of feasibility and development quality control management excellence standards, policies and processes Responsible for reviewing & ensuring all national and international regulatory obligations are met feasibility and development quality control assurance. Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt within the department. Uses great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is disclosed from the department to unauthorized members of staff. Oversees and monitors policies and procedures that support the highest standards. Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt.
