Operation Supervisor Job Description:
The assistance of an operations manager in the supervision of all operating matters for the Division Projects.
Monitoring production costs and comparison between actual and estimated.
Look-after petty cash of each project, estimate petty cash, set controls on direct purchase through the project, and review documents related to petty cash of bills and other invoices
-Direct supervision of quality and drawing a clear statement of quality standards and maintaining them according to the conditions and specifications mentioned in the contract.
- Establishing firm foundations and standards that clarify how to maintain the level of hygiene and maintain food safety at all stages from storage through production stages until it is presented to the customer and to maintain quality of services withour diviation.
-Visit projects to closely review the progress of work and implementation of the planned work plan.
-Preparing monthly reports on the operating and profitability of projects.
- Follow-up of annual leaves and scheduling those leaves so that they do not adversely affect the course of work.
- Putting practical solutions to the problems that arise during the work and directing the employees how to act in case of facing any urgent problem
-Applying the company’s policy of permissible and forbidden and the reward and punishment that follows (rewards and deductions) as well as red lines that expose everyone who passes it to dismissal from work.
-Organize a monthly meeting (if possible) for project managers devoted to directing and discussing the established work plan, ways to improve customer service and maintaining quality, how to improve sales, and discuss reports from websites and financial management.
-Utilizing the opinions and suggestions of project heads resonsible for Implementing the contract by the client
and forecasting project execution plans by following footprints of leading catering services.
