Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises and manages the maintenance activities concerning the preventive and general maintenance of Facility Buildings, HVAC, Electrical and Mechanical Systems and other support facilities in a large permanent community area and bachelor compound.

Manage the Operation & maintenance of MEP and HVAC systems, Water supply systems. - Sewerage systems. - Fire suppression systems. - Electrical cables & wiring. - Facility electrical utility equipment and distribution lines

Generators and power distribution/breaker panels. - Electrical distribution systems. - Motors//pumps/cables/wiring and all other electrical systems.

Documented electrical power distribution projects, Managed the procurement. Process for all mechanical/electrical and plumbing materials & tools required.

Coordinate commissioning activities for HVAC fine-tuning, chilled water quality monitoring, fire alarm system interfacing, gas leak testing in accordance with the method of statement.
Manage a team of electricians and plumbers to ensure all work is repair/installed and applicable in MEP standards.

Maintain a strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements of safety standards.
Managed daily reports for Quality Assurance purposes.
