Position: Sales Supervisor Pre-Owned Trucks Sales

Experience: excellent and fluent command of English language,

Excellent computer skills,

Min. 4 Years’ experience in Commercial Vehicles Sales or related Sales field,

Experience in managing or supervising a small team and Good Leadership Skills.

Familiarity with Situational Leadership, Problem Solving Skills, High Level communication skills.

Very good communications skills.

Very good reporting skills.

Ability to learn and developed

work under pressure and to take challenges and accept high sales targets.

Job Role:

Responsible for supervising a small sales team as well as meet his own sales targets,

Establishing and maintaining client relations, uncovering client needs and business pains, utilizing a consultative approach to close deals.

Meeting and exceeding his own monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s while supporting and motivating his team to do the same.
