Customer and Service Level
Develop & Implement policies regarding warehouse Order management, Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner.
Maintain the % punctuality of dispatching above 95% of the agreed cut off time
Involve & Implement the “Quality Assurance” policies and strategies
Financial
Participate in the development of the area yearly expenses budget, and manage it on daily basis
Manage the warehouse dry and cold store operations capabilities and process in order to maximize the utilization of the logistics resources
Maintain the Warehouse/cold store Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
People
Assure the minimum work conditions to all employees of the warehouse/Cold store
Train & educate the operations team, to pass them the company policy and procedure
Implement the Health and Safety program for the cold stores
Spread to the team the corporate management culture
Motivate the employees to bring out their best enterprise
Internal Process
Develop, manage and routinely follow-up the inventory integrity procedures and results, aiming to have an on time accuracy between book and physical stock
Implement the corporate policies of Quality Assurance of the products in all the steps of the logistics processes
Plan and manage the weekly operation projection (stock, inbound, outbound) in order to plan the proper resources with antecedence
Develop, implement, adapt and manage operation policies and procedures in order to achieve the best utilization of the operation resources and capabilities, minimizing the associated risks.
Define and establish (as a routine) a management system of KPI`s, with clear responsibilities, authorities and metrics
Do monthly meetings with service providers to manage their SLA and performance
Compliance with Company Standards
Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
