1- Participate in the decision making process for corrective and preventive actions in Production.
2. Implement and support sustaining the productivity and efficiency system in the production lines.
3. Unfold goals and propose goals to supervisors.
4. Coordinate daily meetings about productivity.
5. Optimize resource utilization by implementing an effective production process.
6. Coordinate, start up and implement standard operating procedures.
7. Assist the research team to implement new products in the production lines.
8. Coordinate the allocation of manpower and cost.
المهارات
Graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or related areas
Minimum 5 years of experience in production area
Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in FMCG.
Professional Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive while maintaining quality standard.
Excellent understanding of concepts, application and implementation of Efficiency & Cost tools.
Ability to lead high skilled professionals providing technical and managerial support at all times.
Knowledge of food safety & food technology standards.
Technical Skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
SAP knowledge.
