Services Manager

Job Description and Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible will be to deliver on budget, and further grow
the business thereafter securing sales through building customer relationships
and promoting full Wellstream Processing Services offering.

Full
ownership for building
and maintaining customer
relationships in KSA
Promote
the full spectrum
of Services offering
in the “front
line” with client, including at site
Deliver proposals to clients for different Services
offerings in large autonomy
Ensure Services orders / projects sold are
executed in an efficient way and at a level of quality recognized by our client
Full ownership for sites activities when scope
awarded to Fjords, including:
Control of installations according to
checklists.
Start-up of process units, including optimizing
processes, test etc.
Instruct and train operating personnel at site.
Plan, manage and
execute service inspections
of process units,
including troubleshooting, optimizing of operation and tests as well as
control of units.
Travel required approximately 50& of the time as required by company

FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES: Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Touching base with the KSA installed base and our competitors supplied equipment for upgrade and retrofitting

Develop the Services Market in KSA QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Formal Competence and experience

Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical / Process) or equivalent

Minimum 12 years’ experience within oil and gas industries Experience in process packages and technologies Broad industrial network in KSA Good business and commercial understanding Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus EXPERIENCE: 12 yrs experience within oil and gas industries Experience in process packages and technologies Broad industrial network in KSA and the Middle East SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
