Service Specialist

Job Description and Requirements
JOB SUMMARY:

Service Specialist is responsible to deliver the desired customer service experience

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Perform all task related to the servicing and recertification of CT and WL Mechanical Equipment.

Dismantling, fault finding, assembly and testing of the equipment.

Perform all task related to the servicing and recertification of other CT and WL related products.

Guide and Lead the team members on their job.

Ensure correct disposal of all excess /scrap material, upkeep of company equipment in a correct manner and report any loss in damage or time.

To be available for field service trips when required and for other activities requested by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Works well with all levels of people, clients, upper management, peers and staff,

Has the ability to develop systematic and organize working atmosphere.

Take criticism and feedbacks well, following through on suggestions

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7 years in a Service Company with CT or WL Equipment experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Familiar with Inspection and Servicing of NOV Hydra Rig Equipment and NOV Elmar Equipment.

Familiar with Pressure testing Equipment and procedure - Ability to read and write in English.
