What You Will Do:
Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees, and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero to continually improve the plant’s safety, health and environmental performance, security, and efforts to respond to public concerns relating to design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing, distribution, use and ultimate safe disposal of chemical products. Drive culture of safety; Report safety observations / incidents
Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by “doing it right the first time” and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties, in our drive continuous improvement.
Assigns and manage the performance of maintenance duties to ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion of maintenance work on plant equipment.
Implement Ecolab’s Production System’s highly visible TPM Strategy within the plant using methodology aligned with Global framework and others Capabilities Areas while assuming with responsibility for the extensive implementation of Loss & Loss Trees and overseeing external consultants, as needed, to initiate deployment (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, visual management, Kaizen).
Drive the High-Performance Work Team program to support the Plant Manager in the development of High-Performance Work Teams (HPWT). Promote the developing EPS cultural through TPM Deliver TPM training aligned with the TPM Academy training agenda and supporting manufacturing skills models to develop a Loss Analysis culture.
Arranges for and coordinates the efficient and economical installation of new equipment, repair, or revisions to existing equipment throughout the facility. Calculates and provides estimates for maintenance and construction jobs to ensure economical and efficient work.
With assistance from Engineering, develops and executes an effective preventive maintenance program for all safety critical equipment, preventive calibration program for all critical instrumentation and maintenance schedule for all other equipment.
Requisitions tools, parts, and supplies used in facility maintenance.
Assists in the selection of maintenance personnel to perform repair and calibration work. Trains and motivates the supporting staff.
Supervise outside contractors.
Ensures that maintenance records on equipment, parts and supplies inventory, and purchased parts and supplies are complete and up-to-date.
Coordinates inspection and shut down schedules with Production in order to minimize downtime.
With assistance from Engineering, configures new equipment and enters configuration changes into the DCS and PLC.
Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training
Assigns and supervises the performance of maintenance duties to ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion of maintenance work on plant equipment.
المهارات
Diploma or Bachelor degree in electrical / mechanical engineering.
Recognized trade qualification (i.e. mechanic / electrician)
Knowledge of maintenance procedures and ability to direct maintenance personnel.
More than 5years of experience; preferably in manufacturing environment
3years of experience applying TPM in a JIPM TPM award winning plant
Fluency in verbal and written Arabic as well as English
Able to work independently.
Strong organization, sense of urgency, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Must take ownership of workload and make decisions independently based on policy and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understand and practice Company and Customer safety policies and procedures.
Ability to plan and organise effectively to meet the demands of the business.
Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within a Customer’s organisation.
Ensure computer literacy e.g.: Microsoft Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook through experience and training.
