Responsibilities
•The job holder will be based in Dammam and responsible on Eastern & Southern region’s warehouses [Dammam, Khamis, and Jizan].
• Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs
• Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics (Fire Fighting, work at height use of machinery etc.)
• Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures across territory facilities.
• Support the development of OHS policies and programs.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
• Review existing policies and ensure compliance to all relevant legislation.
• Initiate and organize OHS training for Employees and Executives.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
• Oversee installations of equipment, General maintenance, disposal of any substances etc.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management based on appropriate time intervals
• Undertake other assigned duties related to the job as requested by management
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE.
• 2 years or above’ experience in Health &Safety;.
المهارات
• Health, Safety, Incident Investigation and HSE Auditing Techniques.
• Familiar with ISO 14001:2004 or OHSAS 45001 standards.
