Purpose : One of the key roles of this job is to increase market share of KI in KSA region for both glass wool and stone wool insulation products. To facilitate introduction of new products which will accelerate growth and profitability of the firm in the market Key Accountabilities: Provides support to GSM in implementing the sales target and achieving the desired results for glass and stone wool products. Provide support to sales members in his team. Daily follow up of sales achievements with his team members. Ensure close coordination with sales managers of other regions especially in projects having common customers. Makes techno-commercial negotiations with consultants, main contractors, insulation contractors and Distributors in a highly competitive environment. Identify customers and project opportunities in the market. Report to management on changes in the market place with respect to competition, new product introduced to the market. Timely submission of Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) and Business intelligence (BI) reports. Identify project opportunities in the market. Share market intelligence with Technical Dept. to help new product development opportunities and continue liaison until product launch. Execute new products’ sales. Interact with decision-makers to approve our product & systems for the projects. Understand and interpret customer requirements of projects and Distributors. Provide appropriate solutions within the product portfolio. Receive customer complaints and claims, register with CSD and investigate as directed. Liaise with logistics to have on-time delivery to Customers. Regular visits to follow up on customers and existing/ future opportunities. Generate timely sales reports reflecting sales and visits. Collect and report Market Intelligence to GSM and management.
