Roles and Responsibilities; 1. Participate in setting career strategies for managing all operations related to human resources management. 2. Monitor the overall performance of the department, evaluate the extent to which the proposed plans and programs have achieved the desired goals, and set standards to measure the performance and productivity of their employees. 3. Determine the estimated budget requirements and expected expenses of the department, and determine the estimated budget requirements and expected expenses for the organizational units of the subsidiary, in coordination with the Financial Department. 4. Develop the human resources policies and procedures, and supervising their implementation in the various departments and branches of the company. 5. Issuing instructions, circulars, administrative, organizational and technical decisions related to management to achieve the plans, programs and goals 6. Recommending and Managing a new human resources programs, and supervising the its implementation. 7. Guidance with direct supervision in the development and design the human resources management systems, procedures and policies in coordination with the organizational development specialist to help in organizing the workflow and finding standards (reference) based on it 8. Overseeing the development of the salary scale and concessions system for Batook Trading Company in coordination with the organizational development specialist in the administration, and supervising the review of this system periodically to ensure that it is consistent with salary rates in the labor market and the company’s orientation in this field 9. Full knowledge of all legal requirements and government laws that affect human resources functions and ensure consistency of policies and procedures with these requirements and laws to ensure consistency of policies with Saudi labor law. 10. Follow up with the Government Relationship Expert and make sure the company will not subject any possible late fines or fees. 11. Supervise determining the necessary human resource requirements for the various organizational units in the company, and convert them into effective human resource plans (workforce). 12. Supervising and implementing Human recourse planning (the workforce) and the developing the career path with ensuring that the workforce in the company is proportionate to the productive capacity. 13. Directing the training needs assessments for employees of Book Trading Company in coordination with various departments in order to support institutional performance in addition to evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. 14. Supervising the preparation of annual leave programs and schedules all departmental employees in the company, supervising and controlling the affairs of the head office employees regarding payroll information, supervising matters related to personnel affairs, salaries, concessions and government relations and following up on outstanding issues of the branches 15. Directing the process of Saudization and ensuring the company’s Netaqat are on track . 16. Supervision and guidance with the recruitment officer regarding vacancies and CVs auditing with the interviews if needed 17. Follow up the implementation of employment plans and determining the necessary human resource requirements in accordance with the selection and appointment system. 18. Prepare the necessary succession plans for the needed replacements in all departments of the company. 19. Periodically meeting with his subordinates to follow the progress of work, study developments, discuss their suggestions and take appropriate measures. 20. Supervising the process of developing his subordinates, identifying training needs for them, and evaluating training results. 21. Prepare the approved periodic evaluation of his subordinates in accordance with the prescribed dates, and indicate the necessary recommendations in accordance with the performance appraisal system 22. Solve problems and issues in branches inside and outside the kingdom. 23. Keep replacement in charge for his absence, if the necessity. 24. Any other tasks requested from the direct manager within the framework of the job. 25. Send periodic reports to his immediate boss about the percentage of achievement in the department and the performance of employees المهارات Knowledge of the basics and procedures of HR planning, employment, training, salaries and benefits, performance management, labor relations and services. Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration, preferred the Master degree in HR.
