الوصف الوظيفي Background Key Responsibilities · Independent preparation of deliverable or review of deliverables from team relating to various services being delivered to the clients · Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business · Be at client location for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for execution as may be required and demonstrate project management and execution capability · Conduct business development activities such as pre-sales pitches, approach paper, proposals and meetings with potential clients · Participate in recruitment and mentoring to develop team Desired Attributes · Good at generating new business opportunities for the practice · Ability to work and deliver in a team · Clear, logical and analytical abilities · Strong communication and presentation skills · Good at proposal and report writing using MS Word and PowerPoint. Years of Experience
· Experience with a Big 4 and/ or an equivalent consulting firm shall be an added advantage
