الوصف الوظيفي · Purchasing specialist having Supply Chain qualifications / experience, negotiation skills (including T & C’s) and has experience in a high demanding quick paced environment. Must be used to deliver and achieve targets on nominated Purchasing KPI’s. Used to working with ERPs and Microsoft Office Suite Key Responsibilities · Day to day administration in the department, including but not limited to coordinating KPI’s for the department, such as savings, supplier reduction, payments terms etc. · Actively support in developing key relationships with business stakeholders and strategi supply partners to assess procurement risks, future strategies, and identify potential cost reduction opportunities. · Engaged in Vendor Management activities, expediting on time deliveries, implement and adhere Fugro processes and procedures. · Receiving of purchase requests, obtain costs and eventual raising of purchaser orders using the Fugro nominated ERP solution and sending purchase orders to third parties. · Coordinates the purchase of goods, services and general third party external interaction (one face to the supplier), this includes engaging with the business stakeholders, Management of any supplier master date as determined for the department. · Identify cost reduction opportunities, preferential pricing, payment terms, and partnerships to bring more value to the business. · Perform all local supply chain management and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, supplier visit reports, supplier performance tracing, negotiation and preparation of contracts and framework agreements · Some negotiations of T & Cs and payment terms · Involve in internal controls improvement plans across company by ensuring business’s compliance with best practices of effective internal control framework. · Undertake special assignments as directed by the Purchasing Supervisor. QHSSE ACCOUNTABILITES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Ensure that Fugro policies and procedures are understood, implemented and adhered to; المهارات · Ideally additional supply chain or supply chain management certifications · Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
