Shift Charge Engineer (Saudi National)

My client is one of the regions leading developers of power plants. This asset is a large CCGT power plant, utilising state of the art technology.
To support their strategy to nationalise the majority of their roles they are looking to hire Saudi National’s across the business. The strategy is to train and develop you and then groom you for more senior roles within the business. Ultimately training people to become the future leaders of their business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safe and efficient operation of the CCGT power plant.
• Ensure targets for efficiency and availability of the power plant are met.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team on shift.
• Ensure the highest standards relating to Health, Safety and Environmental practices are adhered to on-site.
• Communicate and cooperate with the Maintenance and Operations Management teams.

Candidate Criteria
• Please note we are only considering Saudi Arabian nationals for this opportunity.
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5 years experience in operations and maintenance in the Power or Oil & Gas sector.
• Familiar with gas turbines and other rotating equipment.
