Job Summary:

Job Functions:
. 1. Ensure the establishment of a strategic and operational plan for factories to control productivity (according to the monthly production plan model)
2. Ensure the achievement and implementation of the planned and agreed goals, both quantitative and qualitative, efficiently in terms of effort, cost and time.
3. Ensure the efficiency of coordination and follow-up and reports that support performance tracking, whether through technology or manually (according to the mechanism and model of the report agreed with the Director General of factories).
4. Ensure the provision of appropriate support and facilitation to all subordinates through empowerment by giving disciplined powers and through the provision of resources and through moral and material stimulation (energizing) based on the reward and recognition system adopted by the company.
5. Ensure the safety and security of all assets under his management and responsibility.
6. Ensure the quality of coordination, synergy, and integration between production management and all factory departments, based on appreciation, respect and mutual support.
7. Ensuring the realization of organizational construction and institutionalization of factories and cooperation to achieve the same demand at the company level through the following:
a. Personal training and rehabilitation for factory employees on the approved regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
b. Ensure a high level of personal compliance and compliance by all factory employees with the approved regulations, policies and procedures.
c. Ensure a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Oversight Department in relation to auditing the implementation of regulations and procedures and continuous correction.
d. Ensure the development of KSA both on a personal and factory level through the development of work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve
Executive skills and face and challenge undesirable attitudes and behaviors.
e. Ensure the construction of the second row in factories by building and providing an alternative to each particular critical technical function.
8. Ensure the maintenance of the reputation of the company from the work site and improve the mental image of the company, both with the various external parties and employees of the company.
9. Ensure efficiency in his work and the work of factory staff (the ability to prioritize: a - b - c etc) and personal efficiency and efficiency of factory staff (time of delivery of work and effort and cost) in the implementation of all tasks and technical files entrusted to him the following:
A- Following up the production rates of the production lines in the production hall.
B - Follow-up of delivery and disbursement permits to warehouses by contacting the warehouses to find out the extent of production requirements or the availability of the product or complete shortage.
C- Supervising the movement of production, packaging and manufacturing of the required products in accordance with the plan.
D - Re-repair and modification of returned products in case of defects that can be repaired, re-modified and packaged.
E - Ensure the follow-up of the productive efficiency and the stoppages and combinations and submit its reports to the direct president.
F- Ensure the periodic follow-up of the needs plan, production plan and warehouse balances to take appropriate measures to achieve the equilibrium process and amend the necessary plans.
G - Ensure the establishment and follow-up of plans to load materials on production lines and measure the implementation of these plans.
H - Ensure that the necessary data on the cost of production are made available to the concerned departments and adjustments to achieve the approved production targets.
المهارات
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Production Management.
2. Practical experience: At least five years experience in production management
3 Professional abilities and skills:
a. High knowledge of total quality management requirements.
b. It has sufficient experience in plastic and thermal insulation materials of PVC $ CPV $ Polystyrene $ PP
c. High knowledge of local and international quality certification requirements such as ISO, HACCP.
d. High capabilities in preparing quality requirements procedures and their models.
e. High capabilities in the control of the application of quality procedures.
f. Good computer skills.
g. Proficiency in English.
4. Personal abilities and skills:
a. High interpersonal skills.
b. Withstand working pressure.
c. High administrative and organizational skills.
