Job Summary:

Job Functions:
1. Ensure that his production plan is submitted for each month in advance before the start of the month to the direct president (according to the monthly production plan model)
2. Ensure the achievement and implementation of the planned and agreed goals, both quantitative and qualitative, efficiently in terms of effort, cost and time.
3. Ensure efficient coordination and follow-up and reports that support performance tracking either through technology or manually (according to the mechanism and model of the report agreed with the Vice President).
4. Ensure the safety and security of all assets under his management and responsibility.
5. Ensuring the quality of coordination, synergy, and integration between the production department and all factory departments, based on mutual respect, trust, and support.
6. Ensuring the achievement of organizational structure and institutionalization of the work of the administration and cooperation to achieve the same demand at the level of the company through the following:
a. Training and qualification, whether personal or subordinate, if any, on the approved regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
b. Ensure a high level of compliance and compliance, whether personal or subordinate, if any, with established regulations, policies and procedures.
c. Ensure a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Oversight Department in relation to auditing the implementation of regulations and procedures and continuous correction.
d. Ensure the development of competencies (KSA) both on a personal level and for subordinates, if any, through the development of work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve

e. Ensuring cooperation Building the second grade in the administration and providing an alternative to each particular technical job critical through cooperation in the reciprocal rotational training of colleagues according to the training plan approved by the Department.
7. Ensure the maintenance of the reputation of the company from the work site and improve the mental image of the company, both with different external bodies and employees of the company.
8. Ensure the effectiveness of his work and the work of the administration staff (the ability to prioritize: a - b - c etc.) and personal efficiency and competence of the management staff (time of delivery of work, effort and cost) in the implementation of all tasks and technical files entrusted to him the following:
A - Guiding employees with daily tasks according to the work plan.
B- Supporting and assisting workers technically and administratively.
C- Full supervision of the production line and solving any problems that arise on the line.
D - a permanent virtual inspection on the production and in the case of any problem in the product is notified to the production manager about it.
E - Follow up and approve production reports before submitting them to the Director of Production.
F- Follow up the availability of raw materials on the machines.
G - follow-up daily operating plan of changing sizes to add or stop machines.
المهارات
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree Production Technician.
2. Practical experience: Experience of not less than five years in the field of currency production supervisor
3 Professional abilities and skills:
a. It has sufficient experience in plastic and thermal insulation materials of PVC $ CPV $ Polystyrene $ PP
b. Good computer skills.
c. Proficiency in English.
4. Personal abilities and skills:
a. High interpersonal skills.
b. Withstand working pressure.
c. High administrative and organizational skills.
