الوصف الوظيفي
1. Manages the daily wholesales operations including sales, collections, customer relationships and product deliveries.
2. Provides input and feedback during the preparation and establishment of sales targets for the concerned wholesales area.
3. Builds, manages, and sustains relationships with customers in the area while ensuring that professional customer service is provided at all times
4. Conducts regular market visits to check competitor’s activity, and continuously search for new opportunities in the area.
5. Follows up with wholesales customer on order placements and updates quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
6. Manages the relationship with all wholesales customers within the area.
7. Ensures timely collection of due receivables from wholesales customers within the concerned area.
8. Supervises the performance of the wholesalers within the area, and reports any deviations from Future Ceramics’ standards and guidelines.
9. Ensures prompt response to customer queries, and timely fulfillment of product orders.
10. Is involved in and handles complaints raised by wholesales customers in the area.
11. Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct provision.
المهارات
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Civil Engineer.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in sales management within a company of Future Ceramics’ size or larger.
3. Strong knowledge of the ceramic and porcelain tile industry with solid sales skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and ERP.
6. Experience in Saudi Arabia.
7. English language fluency required, Arabic language is required.
