الوصف الوظيفي
· Manage all camp facilities, oversee camp residents’ headcount, monitoring camp facilities utilization and provide periodic report to all concerned departments.
· Manage and coordinates maintenance and repair activities within the camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
· Assisting Transportation Section in planning laborer’s distribution, supervise the labor dispatch process and update the labor dispatch log sheet.
· Review of camp accommodation allocation in line with SAMIF’s grading procedure.
· Assume responsibility for checking in and out camp groups and non-camp groups and maintenance records.
· Assume responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.
· Maintain liaison with in-house nursing staff and medical clinics in the area.
· Coordinate with security team to ensure security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
· Manage and maintain all camp equipment and resources.
· Reviews the camp representative inspection reports for rooms’ cleanliness and maintenance needs and amends preventive checking schedule accordingly.
· Ensuring smooth operation of the camp and supervising the on-call emergency crew.
· Supervision of vendors and subcontractors in the camp.
· Ensure that camp vehicles and machinery are kept in good working order.
· Ensure all government regulations regarding health and safety protocols around food preparation, handling and storage are being enforced.
· Maintain, review and control the use of all camp-related services including catering, laundry, maintenance services and cleaning materials
· Do root cause analysis on complaints raised by the camp staff and develop preventive measure to avoid the reoccurrence of same complaint in future.
· Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the camp.
· Ensure complete confidentiality of any sensitive information regarding all employees and staff at camp.
