· Develop the strategy of Finance Department and its functions and systems to attain SAMIF’s business goals and objectives.
· Provide effective management and reporting of SAMIFs finance, accounting, treasury, risk management and warehouse operations.
· Provide effective financial input to SAMIF’s Management Team in strategic planning and decision making activities.
· Establish and cultivate relationships with financial institutions.
· Coordinate and assist the external auditors in providing the required information and supporting schedules for the interim and year-end audits.
· Establish an effective finance, accounting and warehouse governance framework (comprising of controls, policies, procedures, KPIs and forms/templates) to govern and standardize financial operations and reporting methods.
· Lead the development of the annual budget, in close coordination with SAMIF’s Management Team, and regularly monitor the implementation and compliance to the budget to address any deviations.
· Direct and oversee the timely preparation of the required weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual financial and management reports showing key performance indicators, trends, comments on budget variations, relevant outside information, risks and areas that require the attention of SAMIF’s Management Team.
· Oversee all negotiations and discussions with Banks. Ensure that SAMIF’s banking operations are performed correctly, efficiently and in accordance with SAMIF’s needs and requirements.
· Monitor key financial risks, including credit risks, on a continuous basis, and take action proactively to address these risks in close coordination with SAMIF’s Management Team.
· Develop and lead the cash management operations in order to ensure liquidity, security and efficiency.
· Participate in continual improvement of the financial planning and budgeting process through education of department managers on the financial issues impacting their budgets.
· Oversee the selection, appointment, and retention of the Finance Department’s personnel.
· Manage and ensure that proper trainings are being arranged and provided to Finance Department’s personnel, as required, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall performance.

المهارات
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field. (Essential)
• CA / CFA / CPA / CMA certification. (Essential)
• Master degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field. ( Desirable)
• Master degree in Business Administration with focus in Finance/Accounting (Desirable)
• Ten to fifteen years of progressive experience in a relevant position managing finance activities in a large manufacturing corporation. (Essential)
• Extensive Finance Director Experience in a steel fabrication corporation. (Desirable)
