· Taking corrective actions to rectify variances.
· Increasing the production capacity by improving the performance.
· Ensuring achievement of the production targets.
· Developing and monitoring operational expenses.
· Developing new strategies to increase production with safe and cost-efficient methods.
· Ensuring that adequate safety norms are used by site personnel.
· Production planning.
· DIRECT OPERATION ACTIVITIES AND ACTION TO ENSURE MEETING OPERATIONAL PARAMETER AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATION.
· HANDLE SOME DESIGN JOBS.
المهارات
Full time Bachelor in Chemical Engineering /Related degree
• Candidate should have relevant experience with at least 8 years as operation manager.
• Relevant experience with some supervisory experience in Laboratory with respect to quality standards is a big advantage.
• In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas field procedures and practices.
• Understanding various processes, such as TFE vacuum distillation, dewatering, separation, fiscal metering, operation on pumps, fired heater, thermal heater, heat exchangers, vacuum systems, cooling tower and chiller systems and air compressors.
• Knowledge on production Engineering.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Ability to extract analytical plant performance with respect to positive index volume.
• Good command of English
• Ability to write and extract reports on the plant performance
• Teamwork Skills.
• Prefer candidate should have Transferable IQAMA.
