Our Client: A leading Packaging company.
Your Role: You will be responsible for managing the operations, management and running of production process. Ensure the quality standards are met and controlled. Achieve targets by managing his team by planning and maintaining the employee training, shift schedules, job rotations etc. Communicate with the team and conduct review meetings to review the team’s performance along with any concerns. Ensure that problem solving and trouble shooting skills are applied correctly by the team to resolve problems. Make sure at the production facility the processes are running smoothly, timely action is taken and reported to the concerned department in case of any equipment defects or hurdle in the process. Communicate and adhere to the environmental health and safety rules and regulations strictly.
المهارات
Must Have: 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing industries with Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Engineering or equivalent. Communicates fluently in English. Experience in Can Manufacturing companies would be highly preferable. Flexible to work in shifts and long hours if required. Must have experience in managing and leading a team. Familiar with lean tools management and certified Green Belt would be preferable.
