Job Description and Requirements
• Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within Saudi Arabia . This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash , quality and HSE targets.
• Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
• Deliver monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
• Produce business performance reports on a monthly basis.
• Inventory , Cost control and process management
• Liaise with direct reports to streamline the operations.
• Expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
• The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential
• Maintains relationships and works closely with suppliers and clients as per NOV guidelines.
• Follow country regulations and NOV Policy and Guidelines.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
• Perform other works related tasks and require as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Management or equivalent .
Preferably with some financial qualifications or training
