Oversee a print project from initial brief to the end product.
Manage Key Clients’ relationships, from initial introduction all the way to signing and maintaining long-term contracts.
Supervise sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
Control material and labor costs.
Plan and control inventory levels with coordination with procurement and finance.
Control project time frames and make sure all printing orders are delivered on time and with the required quality.
Maintain excellent relationships with current suppliers, as well as interviewing and qualifying new vendors.
Plan and control the workflow according to workload, ensure meeting delivery schedules.
Determine staff needs and recommend recruitment
Ensure machines are on their best performing capacities at all times through proper planning of workloads and in maintain accurate maintenance schedules.
المهارات
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably in the GCC markets, in Printing Press Industry, both Web and Comercial.
• Proven working experience as a Printing Press Production Manager (Offset).
• Strong Managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive the whole production team.
• Demonstrate dependability and self-motivation.
• Maintain high level of personal integrity and reliability.
