To review ITB Legal documents and Commercial proposals and advice the professional comments to Bidder manager or related departments;
To conduct the drafting and revising contract. employment contract, NDA, rental agreement, etc.;
To combine and compile the claim materials for certain projects;
To execute legal works under Company requirements;
