Maintain absence record and create a report with the suggested solution to reduce them. Follow up with the external sources as staff contract, agencies, labor ministry and banks. Check the employee timing compliance and report the best to be rewarded. Renew the organization license and official papers Follow up with the insurance, renewal of the driving license and organization’s cars. Prepared a monthly report in regard the completed achievement. Deal with employee conflict and prepare a report about the work conflict.
