Responsible for effectively covering the requirement for 24/7 customer response including weekends, nights and public holidays
1. Open every order in Movex.
2. Cover reception in the absence of the receptionist.
3. Cover the overflow of incoming telephone calls when reception cannot answer.
4. Attend to walk in customers.
5. Data base management of incoming orders.
6. Support management in the collection and processing of order data.
7. Support purchasing in material sourcing.
8. Status reports for clients on weekly bases, including physically checking where the job is, this has to be broken down further by rig.
9. Preparing the movement of inventory reports for Aramco
10. Assist despatch to ensure correct product to correct client.
11. Scan and data store soft copies of job files
12. clarify request on technical issues to & fro from our engineering department & customer via Email, Phone & Fax
13. Receive and respond to calls/E mails/visits from clients in the absence of the allocated sales engineer.
