Our Client: A leading Packaging Manufacturing company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Your Role: You will be responsible to Organize the resources for all the electrical maintenance activities which includes PMs “Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and annually”, shutdown activities, projects, energy saving, lean activities. Lead the electrical team to implement the above activities, Comply with Ball’s Integrated Management Systems (ISO9001 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001) & BRC standard. Active communication and coordination internally with Mechanical section and Spare parts store and externally with other departments “Safety, Production, Quality” Record the maintenance activities, review job plans frequently, maintain all information up to date, and generate required reports. Review the latest version of spare parts, upgrade the equipment under responsibility according with prior approval, and maintain Inventory of all spare parts used in plant. Initiate and implement cost saving programs and methods improvement in the operations. Develop, coordinate and implement actions to reduce energy consumption. Track and analyze root cause of major breakdowns and identify a permanent solutions for themControlling all Maintenance costs within agreed budget costs and strive for reduction of maintenance costs.

المهارات
Must Have: Degree in Electrical Engineering. 7+ years relevant experience with sound knowledge maintenance management . Arabic speaker prefrred. Good understanding of modern lean manufacture technique - SMED, Kaizen 5S, Structured Problem Solving, TPM, Six Sigma etc. Experience in high speed, high volume process industry.
