Job Description and Requirements Perform Structural Service Engineer duties on the field based on the Service Supervisor Briefing PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times. • Understand the assigned duties and perform the job scopes as briefed. • Communicate with immediate supervisor all time during the field job to update the job progress. • Perform other work related tasks as assigned. • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Visit the office and get briefed for the assigned job(s). • Prepare for an assigned job with relevant drawings, procedures and tools. • Perform Strutural related jobs on the field based on the briefing section. • Prepare daily report and send to the customer and supervisor daily. • Prepare Service Report and NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarise the job performed details to the customer. • Report to the office within 48 Hours once returned from the field to home. • Submit the job-related documents to the Supervisor and get de-briefed. • Update NOV database which is related to the job. • Respond to Manager and Supervisor on time without any delay.
