الوصف الوظيفي To utilize the given resources efficiently in order to meet the monthly / yearly production plan and if possible exceed the sales turnover. To Manage and operate the department at highest standards of quality and accuracy to effectively deliver the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. To support the achievement of production targets by effectively measuring and monitoring work productivity and leading his team towards enhancing its productivity. To ensure that work quality procedures are strictly followed and implemented based on company’s standards as well as customer specific needs and deliver effectively against order requirements. To confirm the best utilization of the Human Resources to achieve the best productivity levels by effectively explaining required tasks and responsibilities for each employee. To make sure that the most cost-effective exercise for procurement of materials/spare parts is carried out by effective collaboration with the Procurement department, other Production sections, Management and Quality Department To provide best estimation of work cost by analyzing the risks and taking enough measures to mitigate them by collaborating with Sales Department during the bidding process of new jobs. To participate on weekly/monthly and yearly management meetings, presenting the required reports as determined by the management in order to update the work status. To define and build the team strengths by identifying the training needs, liaising with HR department and implementing plans in order to improve team performance.
