الوصف الوظيفي
-Ensuring proper pipe production planning, scheduling, monitoring, finished pipe storing and delivery as per customer delivery requirements.
-Formulating mill production policy, initiating and
implementing production budget and forecasting.
-Providing technical evaluation on customer inquiry, raw/sub-raw materials requirement ordering and movement of HRC, Welding wires,
Flux, Pipes and Scraps.
-Coordinating with Sales and Purchase Department in matters dealing with all materials of ordering, arrival and receiving.
-In-charge in meeting the delivery requirements of
finished products and coordinating delivery schedule to Maintenance Department thru Sales.
-Supervising all planning staff and ensuring that
monthly production and inventory status and report is properly prepared, reported and maintained.
-Attending Management Review Meetings & Conducting Project planning Meetings.
-Planning Head in consultation with QA Head is responsible to develop a contingency plan to address risk associated with impact on delivery and quality of product.
Authorities of Planning Head
-Recommending optimum raw material utilization and lines.
-Acceptance or denial of control measures as a result of risk assessment.
-Recommending production + delivery schedules
Accountability of Planning Head:
-Utilization of resources in best optimum manner.
المهارات
-Minimum 03 years of management experience in
manufacturing sector.
-Hands-on experience of computer-aided planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
-Good communication skills in English.
