• Delivery of Hydrocarbons Truck Loading Operations courses to SPSP standards
• Delivery of underpinning knowledge, enabling trainees to succeed in written tests.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in relation to the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Tool box talks to be delivered daily
• Working as a team always and prepared to help others
• First Aid skills would be an advantage but not essential
• Willing to help others and to meet staff and student needs.
• Seeks to learn and recognize SPSP work procedures and policies.
• Maintains technical skills and knowledge essential to carry out job duties.
• Notifies key staff members of important issues or changes affecting work.
• Reliable; exhibits both the skills and the genuineness to do the job.
• Exhibit effective written and email communication
• Exhibits attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comes to work on time and maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
• Eagerness to maintain current and up to date on trends and best practice in the TEL industry
• Exhibits excellent time management and planning.
• Problem solving and ability to make key decisions.

• To suit trade delivery (Hydrocarbon Truck Loading Operations).
• Good understanding of Health & Safety whilst filling / loading tankers / trucks
• Ability to pass on to young Saudi trainees’ transferable skills
• Able to facilitate classroom activities for the benefit of all trainees
