Job Description • Manage all communication with clients for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients. • Prepare drafts and estimate of all fees and draft all proposals to be presented to clients and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements. • Supervise engineering staff, evaluate their work and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently. • Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to scope of all projects. • Prepare required technical reports for all engineering activities and make presentations at various meetings. • Prepare all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations. • Ensure timely and cost- efficient completion of construction projects • Negotiate contracts and obtain permits • Solve design problems and follow general design standards. • Report regularly on the progress to the client or to senior managers • Regularly review the productivity, effectiveness, quality and profitability of projects, including project follow-up to monitor project deliverable and client satisfaction levels • Ensure a safe working environment is provided for all team members Additional Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering • Design application and able to work and understand AutoCAD software • Experienced in working on complex large project environments related to design and construction • Have full understanding for the relevant design and building standards, making sure correct design standards are applied • Excellent communication and project management skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Saudi Nationals Required https://www.monstergulf.com/job-vacancy-civil-engineer-project-manager-dhahran-cc-staffing-international-dammam-5-12-years-23117766.html?sig=js-2—1&from;=𝔯=refine;loc=182;lmy=saudi,arabia;day=365;srt=pst;ref=https://www.monstergulf.com/;show_omit=1;res_cnt=40&hlWords;= |
