We are looking for QA/QC engineer in Dammam:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and understand all program requirements and standards for assigned projects.
- Review all project documents and drawings for all assigned projects—must understand documents and requirements relating to all stakeholders.
- Participate in Scheduling activities.
- Assist in the preparation of project by project Work Plans.
- Assist Writing Request for Proposals (RFP’s) as required for the project.
- Assist in the preparation of City, County and any other Permit applications that may be required for the Project.
- Identify any conflicts between standards and either negotiate resolution or refer negotiation to PMO for resolution.
- Maintain project and program tracking systems as necessary and in coordination with PMO. Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Civil or other related discipline.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (utility power engineering or construction preferred).
- Must be proficient in use of office and engineering software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD).
- Prepare our ISO certification for ISO 9001.
- Prepare the company documents procedure.
- Excellent communication skills—must be able to convey clear and concise information to multiple stakeholders, receive and transmit the same information to other stakeholders while being sensitive to the perspective of each.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience.
