Supervising the workshop with mechanic, electrician and welders. Implementing Preventive maintenance program for all equipment such as Generators (Perkins and Lister Pitter), Portable House for site crew, Rig Truck, Mercedez-Benz Actros, and Mitsubishi Boom-truck. Doing Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and annually for specific equipment and making a record of each vehicles under maintenance. Regarding of Rig truck, Generator and Portable House problem coordinates with Operation Engineer or Team Foreman possible reason of breakdown. Regarding on Truck/Boomtruck driver coordination with the Dispatch officer or direct call the driver to know the possible reason of breakdown. Assisting Breakdown of the equipment on site without delaying the operations. Coordinates with maintenance team to prepare all parts that needed to fix the breakdown on job site. Requesting spare parts via IPR (Internal Purchase Requisition) for top priority equipment needed in the operation. Giving report for the daily maintenance task to the operation engineer. Preparing Job Cards for all equipment for history of repair. Making schedule according to last maintenance made by the maintenance team. Making maintenance since Rig Team cannot come to workshop for maintenance. Doing Maintenance monthly depends on the availability of the team and available job at workshop. Monitoring of MVPI for Actros Truck, Rig Truck, Boomtruck and Toyota Hilux. Doing maintenance and make this passed on vehicle inspection period. Preparing materials needed by Rig Foreman on the operation the same as Truck Driver and Boomtruck Driver. Providing what they need like tools on operation etc.

Making document filing for job card in-order. Filing of documents from the Rig-Team including Rig Truck files, Generator Files and Portable House.
Can handle multi-tasking job, can do Site engineer / Safety engineer. Responsible for maintenance team timesheet and overtime.
