Job Description
Develop and Maintain an ongoing, “LEARN TO SWIM” and improvers swimming program such as Aquasafe Swim Badge Scheme to services the needs of the community.
Support the coaching of swim teams in the operation area as required.
Plan, Organize, promote and coordinate regular swimming, fitness, recreation, sports or any relevant functions.
Must be able to initiate and maintain on-going training schedules to pool/beach lifeguards in accordance with the company pool/beach Lifeguard training modules. The training must be high standards and prepare the lifeguard for the trade test when required.
Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure all year round the smooth operation of the pool/beach facilities.
