Responsibilities
Establish plans/strategies to increase existing customer sales.
Establish sales targets and monitor performance.
Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Manage direct sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience of developing targeted sales plans for yourself or for the team and individuals therein.
A successful track record of lead generation, lead nurturing and high conversion in closing sales.
Familiar or experienced in a consultative sales methodology and value based selling.
Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns.
