Master preferred. Network or/and Security Certifications a plus (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+..etc) The Senior Security Sales Engineer (may be more as a Technical Account Manager) is a customer-focused technical sales professional who provides high level pre sales support and guidance to customers and recommend and develop appropriate customer solution offerings. The Sale Engineer acts in a consultative fashion and is looked to as an expert in his/her field by the customers. *Essential Functions: -Open and Closing business through field visits to major account prospects -Provide pre-sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers. Refine and research technical requirements of the opportunity -Define solution options and articulate the benefits of each solution -Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues -Perform product demonstrations and presentations at customer, company road shows and events -Maintain a broad-level of knowledge of industry trends and how the company Security products and solutions add value *Education and Experience -Advanced understanding of networking. -Experience of presenting to new and existing customers -Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including: Internet security Firewall technologies Anti-virus, spam and secure email solutions (Gateway and SaaS) Security Monitoring Log Management Forensic Security assessments -etc *Soft Skills -Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives -Fluent in English and Arabic -Exceptional written communication. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of our offerings -Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations effectively while managing several tasks -A self starter willing to display initiative with common sense -Team focused, with the ability to gain the personal support of others -Strong work-ethic -Disciplined, organized and methodical in approach to tasks and activities -Committed to the success of customers and colleagues -Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills More than 8 years in Pre-sale or Sale.
