Operation Co-ordinator
Qualifications:-
• Minimum 8 years experience in field of heavy transportation ( general cargo – fuel – heavy lift - chemicals)
• Minimum 4 years as Operations supervisor in the similar field
• University degree (Mechanical Engineering )
• Preferably with Middle East experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Age not more than 35 years.
Requirements:-
• Relevant senior management experience in Operations within the Transportation business
• Demonstrable experience in driving operational performance across a complex business
• Strong leadership qualities, must be able to implement strategy and manage change
• Good problem solving skills with experience of developing & implementing customer focused solutions and resolving high level operational challenges
• Good analytical skills with experience in evaluating complex requirements or regulations and implement
ting effective solutions
• Financial skills to support the management of budgets and expenditure to achieve cost efficiencies in all areas
• Experience in managing senior staff, multiple offices and varied operations simultaneously across a wide region.
