College/University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7-8 yrs of design and construction experience. Candidate must have knowledge of Building Services/Site installation for specially HVAC works. He should be responsible for shop drawing approval and the execution of work as per the standard procedures and guidelines of the project. He should be capable of preparing all the drawing and material schedule and status , method statements, meeting with the Consultant/Client/ Subcontractor/Co-contractor/Main Contractor for resolving any site or work related issues. He should be able to prepare the progress report for monthly submission as well as daily/weekly reports for the Senior management/Consultant/Client. He will be also responsible for the progress of work at site along with proper invoicing of material and work.
