Assisting the Project team with internal and external meetings · Responsible for managing the emails and maintaining the manual and computerized files · Composing memos, reports and correspondence; · Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences · Maintenance of all office files and documents in good organization. · Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing · Translate documents whenever necessary · Receive incoming documents, parcels and distribute them to the concerned personnel, departments. · Managing the calendar to ensure that meetings, deadlines and other scheduled commitments are met. Skills · College Graduate in any field · 4 to 5 years experience as executive secretary · Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Arabic · Computer literate in all Ms Office software · Able to work under pressure and deadlines. · Patient, supportive and team worker. · Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, time management and discretion with confidential information. |
