الوصف الوظيفي Manage the financial and accounting activities at business cities units and coordinate with theses units to collect all the required information. Manage the budget utilization and prepare related report. Job Resposiblities · Participates in the development and implementation of the department’s strategy, objectives, and KPI’S. Communicates and promotes the department’s strategy across all relevant stakeholders. · Participates in the development and implementation of the department’s policies and procedures. · Contributes to the planning of the department’s annual budget and optimizes the use of the budget. · Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance or coaching to direct reports in performing their delegated duties · Contribute to setting the department’s operational plans and ensure the cascading of such to the employees’ individual objectives. · Supervise implementation and contribute to continuous improvement of the department’s policies, procedures and processes in line with best practices and NWC’s strategy. · Provide input for the department’s budgeting process and manage the budget in own department. · Oversee the implementation of timely and accurate data collection and collation, and oversee the activities of data analysis and utilization at cluster business unit level. · Review financial performance metrics and financial reporting framework (eg. Content, frequency, delivery, etc.) to ensure reliability, and timely availability of the division’s financial performance. · Participate in budget preparation process by providing coordinating with related entities and providing the needed information to head office. · Support cluster’s sales division on appraisals and exit evaluations on projects to ensure accuracy and correct interpretation of financial models prior to submission. · Prepare reports to support head office financial planning and analysis department, periodic finance management meetings and various continuous finance division meetings. المهارات · 10+ years’ Minimum Experience of Finance at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position . · Strategic and Long-Term Thinking - Identifying Valuable/Strategic Opportunities. · Decision Making - Evaluating and Integrating Information. · People and Relationship Management - Building Relationships. · Change Leadership – Communication. · Stakeholder Management - Understanding Stakeholders. · BA/BS (Master preferred) Degree in Finance or equivalent. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/northern-cluster-finance-director-4149465/ |
