B.Sc./ M.Sc. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management
discipline with certification in planning and scheduling of projects and in using Primavera
applications (Primavera Project Management /P6 and Primavera Contract
Management/Expedition) and Cost Engineering.
Possess 20+ years’ experience in delivering fully coordinated, multi-disciplinary Project Controls
Management for Project Management and Construction Management on large development
projects in the capacity of Project Controls Director.
Worked for an international consultancy for overall 15 years with ideally 10 years of experience
in the Middle East especially in KSA.
At least 5 years' in Senior Manager level experience in planning/ scheduling/cost engineering/
Primavera Contract Management (Expedition) and a managing Project Control team of the Lead
Design Consultant/ General Contractor/ Sub-Contractors.
Extensive knowledge and experience in directing project planning, budgeting, cost phasing and
control from the project initiation to close out phases, utilizing computer-based systems
(Primavera Project Management ' P6' and Primavera Contract Management 'Expedition'), within
the framework of an integrated project services function for the effective management of a wide
range of concurrent projects, to meet the business plan objectives. Familiarity with the
techniques for schedule impact analysis.
