Assist in the development and maintenance of the Compensation & Benefits Structure (basic salary, housing allowance, air ticket allowance, business travel allowance, medical benefits, and overtime, etc.).
Assist in activities that include salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Assist in conducting job analysis and evaluation and prepare job classifications covering all positions across Al Faris Group & Its Companies as well as maintain the Compensation & Benefits Structure accordingly.
Assist in the development of the short term and long term incentive schemes in liaison with the Compensation & Benefits Unit Manager and the Concerned Departments.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine the normal pay rates and benefits in the market.
Use various methods and techniques and conduct data-based studies on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations and benefits for Al Faris Group & Its Companies employees.
Support the Compensation & Benefits Unit Manager in decisions related to compensation and benefits packages and other ways to motivate Al Faris Group & Its Companies employees.
Review salary advance requests, training settlements requests and streamline the process of employee loans, verify employee eligibility, supporting documents, and forward accepted requests to process payments ensuring to update payroll records through the HCM System that all required deductions are made, and that related documents are filed.
Prepare monthly accruals for employee-related benefits such as End of Service Benefits (EoSB), leave and air ticket to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policy.
Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in Al Faris Group & Its Companies and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
Design and develop different schemes of variable remuneration (incentive schemes, bonus schemes, etc.).
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Streamline medical insurance preparation and renewal processes and ensure all eligible employees are registered, and all employees requiring deletion are removed, while maintaining communication with medical insurance provider and updating records.
Administer the work injury process and communicate with concerned employees to determine injury details and state obligations, in addition to coordinating with the medical insurance company to arrange and determine the suitability of the case and streamlining the employee’s return to work with their direct manager.
Prepare all reports as required by the Compensation & Benefits Unit Manager such as regular audits and employee information reports.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
