الوصف الوظيفي 1. To ensure that all Branches, Workshops Government relations, collections and corporate lease and sales are functioning smoothly as per the corporate instructions & policies through monitoring the process, staff attendance, policy adherence and by conducting visits to branches & functions periodically. 2. To increase rental & Lease businesses by applying prescribed rental & lease rates (daily, monthly). 3. To verify the potential Car for sale through close coordination with Car Sale Manager. 4. Prepare regional car purchase plan as per the regional business demands in alignment with Car Procurements Manager. 5. To prepare fleet plan and targets to increase the Fleet as per seasonal requirements. 6. To expand the businesses in the region by defining the market opportunities and develop action plan as well as executing it which may cover opening new rental locations and corporate lease & sales channels after proper feasibility study in coordination with COO, CEO and CFO. 7. To conduct periodically visits to suppliers & lease customers to maintain business relations i.e. Vehicle suppliers, Parts suppliers, Dealers, Service providers corporate rental customers. 8. To conduct weekly & monthly meetings relating to Unpaid recoveries, damage recoveries, CDW recovery, accident cases, Overdue vehicle cases, pending receivable cases, pending court cases, pending insurance cases, pending vehicle cases in workshop, pending vehicle cases with dealers, pending vehicle cases for want of police paper/insurance paper etc. and to take necessary action on the weaknesses after discussing the matter with the concerned department head. 9. To identify business trends and propose actions to be taken in order to follow market changes and needs through conducting meetings with rental operational staff and with lease operational staff. 10. To ensure pending cars maintenance is reduced by the Workshop team, per car expenses are within the tolerance limit and down time is less for workshop vehicles through conducting weekly meetings with Workshop Manager/Asset Manager/ Supervisors. 11. To discuss monthly accounts and other performance reports with Accounts Managers and to take necessary action to increase the profitability and to control the cost. 12. To arrange for necessary training to operational staff and measure their KPIs delivery. 13. To protect the company interest by entering into contracts with the lease & corporate customers as per the normal agreed terms and conditions of the company. المهارات Bachelor Degree in business administration, master degree is preferred.
