Monitoring team performance and organization and evaluating work performance Communication skills with clients and supervisors of areas, to be able to act proactively to ensure team operations and to close all tickets on time and to ensure that tasks are completed, to have sufficient knowledge and experience to provide suggestions and recommendations in case of need to the direct manager to carry out developments and solve problems, commitment to fieldwork, good appearance and adherence to the company’s uniform.
