الوصف الوظيفي
The area supervisor will be responsible of the oversight of the performance and maintenance of the activities of the Sales & Distribution team as directed by the Sales Regional Manager. The role will involve assisting the Manager of your region in the supervision of the Sales Team meet the commercial targets in your area and to achieve the maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans. Additionally, assisting on the recruitment of salesforce in your area, ensure the proper training is provided, and manage peoples’ expectations with regards to commercial targets and performance expectations
المهارات
University degree (preferable). • Decent understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics in the area of operations. • Knowledge to use CRM, and sales performance software, Supervisory ability to drive a sales team, and ability to work under pressure.
Past experience of at least 2 years on similar sales supervision role, managing at least 2 resources with a proven track record of successful delivery of sales targets.
