KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to following:
Key Performance Area:
Responsibilities
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
• Train new employees
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
2. Store Operations
Key Result Activities:
Monitor policy and procedure for operational flow at each station. monitor standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, always maintaining professional Work environment, demonstrating clear communication in all management and Team Members.
3. Cash Handling, Stock Control and Add-On Sales
Key Result Activities:
Follows cash handling procedures and till point policies. Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines. Contributes to store goals for increasing sales/add-on sales
