Managing the mall operation.
Handle the day to day operations in the mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards.
Supervise closely with the maintenance managers to keep the assets in highest quality standards.
Supervise closely with the housekeeping manager to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
Supervise closely with the security manager to make sure all visitors and shops are safe so our shopping mall should be the first choice in the city.
Communicate very closely with the tenants in order to keep the shops according to the mall standards.
Supervise closely with maintenance managers for maintaining the fire and safety equipment always in operational perfectly.
Develop and manage the operation expenses at budgeted levels.
Identify and inform management of any health and safety risk related to the mall building that may affect employees, contractors & the general public.
Manage tenant shops operational compliance (implementation of tenants book).
Investigate complaints, disturbances & violations and resolve problems.
Communicate with all concerned departments in Head Office (Leasing, Contracts, Collection) for tenant related subjects.
Managing all staffs and communicate with HR department in Head Office.
Maintain up to date records and documentation for mall related (insurance, certificates, approvals) and tenant related (lease contracts, trade licenses, insurance, approved drawings, permits, etc.).
Complete a daily report of operation and other issues & provide a summary on a daily basis and pending issues on weekly basis to the management of the mall.
Implement cost cutting program with planned targets and improving efficiencies in all operation.
Ensure timely payment collection from tenants (rents, charges, deposits) and payables towards service providers and suppliers for mall operational activity (maintenance, cleaning), ensuring all invoices within the operating budget authority levels are presented and approved, coordinating with finance and management for correct authority levels.
Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, mall visitors with the help of security in a smooth manner without disruption to mall operation.
Supervise front staff, including information desk, customer relations, security, housekeeping etc.
Troubleshoot all guest issues and problems.
Additional duties may be assigned accordingly.
المهارات
Must be Saudi National
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Administration or Mechanical Engineer (Minimum 5 years experience for facility management)
Preferably experienced in mall managements.
Preferably 30 - 35 years of age.
Preferably from Abha Region.
Ability to manage work under pressure.
Ability to have good relation with the government.
Must keep himself available during operation hours.
