Job Description
1. Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
2. Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
3. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
4. Testing and evaluating new technology.
5. Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
6. Responding to callouts in a timely fashion.
7. Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, to set up a system or fix a fault.
8. Managing multiple cases at one time.
9. Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Candidate Requirements
1. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft is advantageous.
3. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
4. Proficiency in Windows /Mac OS.
5. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
6. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in communication (Arabic – English).
